Pine City-The County seat of Pine
County, Pine City welcomes you. With Cross Lake to the east
and Pokegama Lake to the west, the St. Croix River and
the Upper & Lower Snake rivers nearby, Pine City is an
all-season recreation heaven. Over 50 miles of
shoreline and 3,000 acres of navigable waterways make the
area attractive to anglers, boaters & anyone looking to
relax on the water. Spend the day at the beach with
out leaving town. Located on the community's west
side, the beach park includes a new picnic shelter, tables &
grills. A playground, skateboard park, basketball
court and horseshoe pits, as well as a fishing pier are also
included in the park area.
Robinson Park downtown offers free concerts
every Friday night throughout the summer. Crowds
gather to hear jazz, country, folk and old-time bands
perform. One highlight of Pine City is the Pine County
Fair held August 2nd thru the 6th.
